Bait and Switch!!! Called from FL & verified with Valentina an install date for one of our rental properties. Was assured it could be done the following Monday, which was VERY Important because we live out of state and have to show the apt. to rent it out and be able to return to FL. ( we also have to live on the floor of an empty apartment while we wait!!) Then we were called 2 days before our install date and told that they have to RESCHEDULE us for the following Friday!!!!
