My spouse and I used John Moranto of Cummings & Co. to sell my condo. John was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Baltimore metropolitan area, clear and concise and easy to understand in his communications and is trustworthy. He answers his phone and if he is unable to do so, he returns calls in an extremely reasonable time. Sometimes he will call you back within 5 minutes. I will be using John Moranto in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

John did an excellent job helping us purchase our first home. He is very knowledgeable of Baltimore row homes and the neighborhoods we looked at. He helped us understand what to look for and what to avoid, and was always direct if he saw something he did not like. He was very easy to contact, and even made sure everything was going well post-purchase. He also has great tax advice as it relates to home ownership.
