This place is awful! My grandma was here she was there 14 day before she got a shower when asked by my mom why she has not had a shower the nurse said cause she kick and would hit my grandma had tumor other things wrong with her there is no reason for them to neglect my grandma care they should learn how to deal with this kind of stuff . I spent 2 weeks there getting physical & occupational therapy after surgery. The food was absolutelyatrocious! The eggs were watery, powdered eggs, the coffee was cold and you were generally only allowed one cup. The other meals weren't much better. For lunch the day before I left we were served a tator tot casserole that I kid you not looked like vomit! Drink choices were tea, sour lemonade & kool aid. Milk was upon request. Beautiful spaces. Dedicated, loving staff. My fri ND was treated very well here during her rehab.
The cleanest, neatest Nursing Home in Springfield. High quality, caring staff. The best out of 5 I’ve visited in Springfield. Thank you for the care you gave my loved one.
