Maples, Destroying the Community… Presumably a complete lack of staff is leading to unmanaged locations, racist and violent residents are being homed in close proximity to members of the public and children! Police continually on site at the Rose Green Road site. Residents have also been caught fly tipping and, even emptying and scavenging through local bins. My partner is currently being evicted for (Non Engagement) & (Notice To Quit) this is so unlawful eviction. Surely people with Mental Health problems & Physical Health problems they have an individual care plan set (Clearly Not) They can't even find a (Keyworker) to talk to them about there issues they are receiving they haven't seen a (Keyworker) since (November 2024) since they have received there eviction notice. I wish I could give zero stars as they don’t even deserve one. Clearly the on-site staff aren’t trained well enough or paid properly in order for them to deal with the vulnerable adults living in this accommodation as my brother was allowed to live in squalor and have his personal food stolen from him by other people living in the house. He then died in Maples accommodation and wasn’t found for DAYS. Not hours, days. Basic checks aren’t even made on these HUMAN BEINGS, such as ensuring they are alive! This "Supported Living" organisation does not Care or Support. My son Ben died in their accommodation of a drugs overdose undiscovered for at least 2 days whilst other residents and staff carried on as usual. No one noticed his absence. They do not communicate or update about any concerns . They do not notify you of changes to staff and in fact had no direct contact details for me his mother as next of kin. Maples very sadly failed to provide the care and support that my son needed and deserved when social services placed him there. My son died in 2022 within months of moving in, this follows a previous death in similar circumstances in 2017. I am therefore deeply saddened and shocked to learn of another death, seemingly in very similar circumstances to my son. Clearly there has been no improvement in their safeguarding procedures or in exercising a duty of care to their vulnerable residents.
