Staff is good and friendly, they dont keep the property manager long..I moved in Dec.1 2023 1599 1 bedroom the first rent increase was 5.5% $89 raise first year..I just got my second one 3.5 raise $59 more so within 2 years they are trying to raise my rent $145 as they keep the rent when you move in at $1599, the work they claim they did wasnt to make living better for us inside our apartments and is stuff they let go as far as they could not to pay for it plus they get rebates back like home owners do on taxes, this is a he... read more
Wish I had the option to give negative rating. Worst worst customer service an organization can provide. I contacted them for bachelor’s apartment and booked an appointment to visit in person. When I showed up on my scheduled time, the receptionist was outing and after waiting for more than half hour and calling multiple times,I requested one of the cleaner to call him. Absolute slum lord criminals. Bedbugs AND Cockroaches. The management will lie to you as much as they can. The building is falling apart, is a complete dump. The office is always some sketchy individual one after another, and none are allowed to be honest by the upper management. Very dicey business they're running here.
