I absolutely loved living at The Maples. It’s an affordable and safe place to call home. The apartments are well maintained and quiet. My neighbors were respectful and kind. It’s a nice community that truly feels like home. Lisa was the best part of living at The Maples. She is supportive and kind. The apartments are very quiet and very large. Lots of storage. Surrounded and tall trees the grounds are well kept. The manager is the sweetest lady I've ever had to deal with in my life she's very understanding Lisa is her name. She makes it all feel like home!! Super close to Lafayette elementary school and even a church across the street... I love this place so much, I came back here a 2nd time. I'm never leaving again. Jen
I have been with The Maples for 14 years. Management is the best we have had so far. Lisa is wonderful with the kiddos, keeps the community clean, safe, and peaceful. Lisa is fast to answer questions and help when it is needed. She is positive, and always reachable. Keep up the great work Lisa. You are the best.
I've been living here for 25 years and Lisa is the best landlord ever. She is the best one we have had in the 25 years I have been here. She works hard all the time.
Landlord is a slumlord. Gave us a notice to vacate within 48hrs when she did not investigate a lying neighbor. Left us with mold in our house and insisted on painting over it.. had to contact Albany police department to get a solution as it was a health hazard. Never replaced closet doors that were not installed upon moving in. No grass in backyard just mud. All fences falling apart. Left stack of pallets for 3 years in our front yard.
