Review for the apartment at 20 Calton & 25 Wood. Awful experience. The building manager (specifically the male) is completely unprofessional and unhelpful in any senses. He became inpatient and very defensive whenever asked for questions about the properties. Noise from renovations is always there. Cleanness is also a concern (bugs in lots places). Unfortunately had to move away
This building was different, it was another thing 10 years ago when there was nice educated lady in the rental office. Through the years I always wonder what was going on, that the environment became hostile and degraded, with new weird residents that have brought terrible behaviour and aspect. If many of the same residents still live in the building, and we still have the same staff in the management offices, then everything points out to the retal office. The guy sitting there is mean and rude, just read the other reviews!... read more
