The service is great and Jay is very attentive and professional. I put a service request because my thermostat was not working properly and my bathroom had a leakage. Jay took care of it fast and make sure everything was running smooth in my apartment this guy is very knowledgeable and kind to people.
I’m writing this review to praise my maintenance man Jay, he has been a continuous help to me in my apartment, he’s very thorough and respectful . He takes care of this complex very well and I just had to let someone know what a hard worker he really is. I am completely satisfied with the work he has done in my apartment and have seen him working hard with other tenants. He is truly a blessing to this property!!!!!!!!
After we filled out an application to live here these people had the nerve to ghost us and put my mothers number as their form of contact and now we get people calling us for apartments
