If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. I came down for a friend's wedding, and the team at The Mantissa Hotel made it an unforgettable experience. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived, but the absolute highlight was when they went out of their way to open the rooftop bar for our wedding party late at night. Great atmosphere and the staff were very kind and professional
Rachel is top notch front desk personnel! Suites are enormous yet cozy. Always fresh, hot coffee in lobby or your own fully stocked kitchen. One minute to Coker University and close to everything in town.
I had an excellent experience staying in Hartsville. The location was perfect, and the staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. Sheniqua at the front desk made check-in a breeze she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Stylish, comfortable, and right in the heart of downtown Hartsville, it feels like the hotel is part of the community - not just sitting in it.
