There are many companies that do these tours in exactly the same place. I recommend you choose a different company. We went out with a group last week and did not see any manta rays (understandable - this can happen), but our crew members Jeremy and Makana told us that we would get a refund due to the lack of sightings. Incredible experience. Manta Rays were everywhere and up close as soon as we hit the water. Appreciated the small group size of the tours: 6 in our boat and 5 in another boat that left at the same time. Highly recommend.
Riley and Captain Levi were amazing! They know their stuff and mad sure we were safe when it was a little bumpy getting on and off the boat. Riley was great to tell us a lot about the manta rays while we saw 6-8 different rays. Lots of cool facts about the rays. She got us in where they just started swimming right by us. Unreal experience - expected to maybe see one ray but came face to face with a dozen. Super organized experience, tons of fun and would say a must do for anyone on the big island. Having a small group made it soo much better. Our captain Chris and guide Komo (spelling, sorry!) were incredible
