Loved the property and Savannah was awesome! Can't wait to move in!
Great maintenance; addresses repair requests within 24 hrs, as should be. Maintenance also keeps the grounds trash free. Mgmt is courteous and supportive meeting tenants needs. The only negative critiques I have are dog feces from inconsiderate neighbors around the grounds and the the construction of the apartment bldgs that lends to the annoying tenant noise level. In response Mgmt does on a regular basis address the feces issue and have a noise patrol to address noisy neighbors.
We have been living here for about a year and half and we really like the place. It’s quiet, mostly. And so far not a single roach issue. Minus the occasional one that gets in from outside. The only complaints thus far is the fact that half the residents don’t read the lease. The biggest issue is people leaving their dogs to bark non-stop all day on their balconies, which is a lease violation. But management doesn’t seem to enforce it or do anything about it.
