What a beautiful place full of whimsy and history.
Strathmore Mansion and Music Center are a great place to experience culture in many of its splendid forms. The Mansion's free exhibits, movies and annual ukulele festival on the lawn, make the Strathmore Mansion and Music Center a true MoCo treasure! (And so much more accessible to the MoCo community than many of the great national museums and concert halls in DC, that I also love, but that are harder to travel to from MoCo.) I love just about everything Strathmore!
