It’s always a pleasure to be there, as they keep repeating it haha. The service is PERFECT we feel like royalty. This last time we got the villa 2 with the pool and a yard, I didn’t wanna leave 🥲 They would have some constructions done and sent us a nice letter with a silk kimono robe and a sweater for the inconvenience, but the rooms are so huge that we couldn’t hear anything. Don’t waste your money in this hotel! Poor rooms and the AC was so drying my out, in the morning there was water for a shower. Best of all they closed the pool because of bad air pollution, and bye the way in casino all smoking, it’s a big Joke
