The Manse Assisted Living & Memory Care specializes is services for those in need of Memory Care. The staff is kind and attentive to residents; the meals are exceptional; and, the park like grounds are a breath of fresh air. my husband and i did a tour recently there and it is such a park setting. there are trees and benches and safe walk areas outside. when we arrived that morning. it was nice to see three people out in the sun relaxing on the chairs. they seemed comfortable there. it was also a bonus since it was all gated and locked area, ,safe for the people living there. it is unique because the owner actually gave us the tour and stayed with us the entire time to answer any questions we had. most other places we had to have a staff member ... read more

My Mother had lived by herself after my Father passed away for several years and was pretty set in her ways. It became apparent that she could not take care of herself. We were lucky to have found The Manse for her to reside. She was reluctant at first to make the move but after the first day, she loved it. When I come to The Manse to visit my Mom, I always find her clean, well kept, and very happy with everything. The facility is clean and beds always made. I have a beloved family member at this facility. I have visited on many occasions and at different times and have always found the accommodations in stellar condition. the staff, specially the owner, have always been helpful and kind. Although this place is a large mansion with many trees and grassy areas, it has the feel of "home" with indoor and outdoor safety and gated at all times. I recommend you visit for yourself and not miss out in this gem of a place.

I've had my mother who has Dementia at The Manse for a few months and I am very pleased that she is getting the care that she is getting. The Caregivers show through there attention to her that they care. She is difficult because she is somewhat bedridden and they have taken care of her needs. She says she enjoys being at The Manse and when visiting, she is always in the area where they do activities and she is around others which is good for her. I would recommend The Manse to anyone who needs this kind of care
