I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sarah at The Manors at Brookmere for the outstanding experience she provided. Moving can be stressful, especially during a management transition, but Sarah was amazing throughout the process. She was professional, friendly, patient with all of my questions, and took the time to thoroughly answer every concern I had regarding my lease, move-in process, and the community. Very disappointed in the apartment and all the cheap amenities. Nothing like the virtual video. Very overpriced.
The maintence man was timely, quick and efficient.
