Megan was so helpful during our move-in process — she made everything smooth and comfortable, and ensured we settled in quickly. A big thank you to you, Megan! The maintenance team here is excellent and very prompt. Glen, you are amazing! We had a few issues with a wasp nest, sink, and thermostat, and Glen came right away to resolve them. Great complex, terrific location and love the massive attached garages available here. The onsite car wash station is a nice amenity as well. The staff are also very friendly. Jaci was super helpful throughout the moving process.
I recently had a water drain issue in my kitchen sink, and the maintenance team responded very quickly. Glen, from the maintenance team, did an excellent job—he was professional, friendly, and efficient in resolving the issue. I truly appreciate his work and the way he interacted throughout the process. A big thank you to the MAA Apartments management for their prompt support and great service.
Megan is awesome. Whenever I need anything she is always there to answer questions or help in any way possible.
