Glen and Samuel did an incredible job with maintenance. They went above and beyond! Truly appreciate their professionalism..
Maintenance is good and the sidewalk in the community itself were well cleaned after the snowstorm. Issues with getting paperwork done and the gym machines are constantly broken. Took multiple weeks and visits for basic paperwork to get done. Last time I went to the gym none of the cycling machines worked with one treadmill also unable to turn on for over a minute, and in the same position I saw it days prior. Additionally be aware that the walls are on the thin side and the printer will pick and choose what PDFs to print.
This complex has the nicest, most professional, accommodating office staff of any complex I have lived in, and respond to things very quickly.
