Corey, jaci, Adrain, Megan, Troy, Allan, Glen. Everyone of these people have been nothing but helpful, respectful, and supportive! I moved here in 2022. It was my first home, and these people have really made it a home for me. I’ve lived so comfortably, and happy here that I’m coming up on my 3 year. Just signed another lease! If you’re looking for a homey place, this is the place.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this one is warranted. My experience here was really disappointing overall. While Cory, Alan, and Glen were fantastic and incredibly helpful, the overall way this place is run is surprisingly unprofessional. I’m honestly shocked that Adrian is a licensed property manager—there were so many situations that made it clear she either didn’t know how to handle things or didn’t care to. The walls and space between floors are paper-thin, so there is quite literally no peace and quiet. The hallways are always dirty with cobwebs, bugs, and leaves. Our patio was cracked for over a year, and nothing was done to fix it, despite making the property aware of the issue. They have "upgraded" apartments, but the paint was done so sloppily. We just moved here and love it already! The staff has been nothing but helpful, the clubhouse is beautiful, it’s close to so many restaurants/activities, the amenities (putting green, car wash, dog park) all look well maintained and we can’t wait to try out the pool this summer!
Paper thin walls and ceiling. Whatever you do don’t take a ground floor unit. You won’t have a moment’s peace. You can hear every foot step, every time they use the bathroom, and every time they’re intimate. It’s ridiculous. Very nice looking apartments but very poorly built. Drafty and cold. They have a car wash that’s closed during “freezing temps” but it’s actually closed from November to April regardless of the temperature (it’s been in the 60s-70s for days and days and it’s not open).
