Talk about CHARGES!! Please enjoy my move in.. I mean move OUT photos that is worth $1300 in damages. Valet trash really means that a guy in a pick up truck will come by to pick up any visible trash cans at about 9pm at night. He won’t be there every night, but heaven forbid if you leave your trash can in your alcove, your trash can will be taken and you will not get any of the service you pay for.
