I visited this location and loved it right away. Qea was very welcoming and patient with me. The community itself is nice and very well maintained.
Manor I enjoyed all 5 years until Avanath changed Managers...Ms Q her assist is quite professional great attitude...her Manager Gloria Bland is completely different smile in your face but is deceptive and dont have a heart for senior citizens ...for 5 months from 5-24 til I moved 9-24> the office losing n misplaced my rental payments...and wanting me to replace it (the last one they lost)so since I didnt replace it they illegally are with holding my deposit ...But they are doing this to any number of residents ...I can proof... read more
The leasing agent Qea was (is) fantastic! I felt the apartments themselves could use an upgrade.. other than that, The Manor at Victoria Park gave me a nice friendly community feel...
During my tour with The Manor at Victoria Park I was quite impressed with the establishment. Qea took very good care of me. Qea was very patient and had great knowledge of the property. My son was put at ease once he toured the property with me. He was very impressed by Qea and how she knew the tenants by name. We were also very impressed with the hospitality suite which he has every intention of using. I hope to be a resident at The Manor at Victoria Park. Special thanks to Qea for her patience and great care.
