I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I booked the earliest available appointment, which was already two weeks out. The day before, I confirmed and was told it needed to be rescheduled due to weather. On the new appointment day, I reached out with no response, called with no answer, and even left a voicemail. Paulina and Kent at Mannered Mutt are fantastic. When we brought our dog in, she had big diva energy — ignoring commands, walking us instead of the other way around, and generally acting like she owned the house (and us). But after working with Paulina and Kent, it’s like we got back a whole new dog. She’s still got her personality (don’t worry, the sass remains), but now she listens, walks politely, and doesn’t act like every squirrel is a personal insult. 10/10!!! I can’t say enough positive things about Paulina and The Mannered Mutt. I inquired to multiple board and train programs for my GSP. Paulina was very quick to get back with me with information on their program. At the end of the day, I chose The Mannered Mutt because I felt like my dog would be the safest here and get the most 1 on 1 attention. That definitely turned out to be the truth!
