While I'm unsure what the experience is like hiring the Berkshire Hathaway Starck team directly, we dealt with one of their agents who was selling a property. We had one of the worst experiences anyone could have, especially considering we were first time home buyers. The listing agent from Berkshire was incredibly unprofessional and rude to our realtor and our inspector. Tony Peterson, from Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate, was highly recommended to me by my financial planner. He told me that "everyone enjoys working with Tony." He was right. I had placed my mother's house on the market back in January, 2020. After 8 months, this very nice house hadn't sold. I did not know why. I was very pleased to work with one of the realtors with the name of Pepa Filtcheva. Pepa is a wonderful and a very kind person. But this is just a "bonus" to her professional attitude. I was impressed by the way she was looking the properties with me. It felt like she had my concerns and it was like she was looking for my best interest buying a property to make sure everything is in order based on what I was looking for. Never return phone calls and my messages left, it's a joke. It has been 3 week's from my last call to them. Not professional at all.
Would not recommend this agency or realtor I was dealing with who works for them.
