We interviewed several realtors to be able to choose the right one for us. Right away we all felt very comfortable that Joe would do a great job. We lived out of town and there were many times Joe took care of things that needed to be done. Our home sold in a timely manner and for a good price. I would highly recommend him. I worked with Anthony to find my home, Anthony is really on the spot and great to work with, he does help a lot by sending you lists of homes on his own time and to try and fit your criteria and in my case I found a few homes on zillow and anthony had schedules a walk through as quick as the next day he's truly trying to get you a place to live that you will like, attitude and communication with him was great.

Straight to the point, Joe Manjarrez is a man of his word and you can take that to the bank. Joe knows the Real Estate market and how to navigate it. The house was listed and pending sale in two weeks!! The amount of traffic was unreal, 20 offers in the first week, because of Joe's knowledge and experience of the market. I'm the kind of person that worries and overstress over things, my advice is let Joe and his team handle it......just relax. The house was sold within 30 days as Joe expected and we got top dollar.
