I moved in here 2 weeks ago. When I got here, the knob to change the water to go from the bathtub to shower was broken. I immediate submitted a maintenance request, and got an email confirming it was received. Since then, I went in the leasing office 5 times and spoke to 3 different people. One of whom, I spoke to twice, and he laughed in my face both times when I told him I’ve been being forced to take 2 baths a day. I would break my lease and move to the Amli if I could.
From start to finish, my experience with The Manhattan has been absolutely flawless! I first toured the property back in April with Lauren, and she went above and beyond—spending so much time showing me multiple floor plans and walking me through all the incredible amenities The Manhattan has to offer. She is truly a gem, and I sincerely hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves. Her warmth, knowledge, and patience made all the difference in my decision.
