RecommendedLove this condominium. Very elegant living in a wonderful area of Atlanta. The amenities are wonderful that include pool, tennis, gardens, fitness area, beautiful lobby, and a rooftop patio for relaxing with beautiful views. The Dunwoody area with many shops, restaurants and developments that make this a wonderful place to live.
Great place to live. The Manhattan offers one and two bedroom spacious floor plans. These condominium homes feature 10-foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, large private balconies, stained cabinets, granite finishes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, marble and designer glass accents in the bathrooms, garden tubs, double vanity sinks, and walk-in closets.
I'm fortunate to live in such a lovely upscale place! We have 24/7 concierge, fitness center, pool, tennis court, lush gardens, and fabulous views! My neighbors are friendly and contribute to all that is good at the Manhattan!
I'm an interiors photographer and came to photograph a condo here for a real estate agent. Agent had car trouble so I had to wait for her. Doorman wouldn't even let me in so I could wait in the lobby! Even though he could see all my equipment! Didn't even make an effort to find out why I was there! SO RUDE! Can't imagine what it would be like dealing with these people all the time!
