When things go wrong there is no one to support you. The only way to get the manager’s attention is by negative Google reviews, so you can be provided with the third generic email address they’ve switched to in the last year. This time I’m leaving the bad review up and not taking it down :) just remember Windsor is under no obligation to hold up their end of the contract, how dare the customer come spend their money with us for “luxury apartments” I regret renewing.

I recently moved in to an incredibly beautiful unit in the 7th floor called the Williamsburg. This apartment feels like a home. It's 1,100 sq ft with a large master BR, and a huge bathroom with both a separate shower and a deep soaking tub. This unit has a big den with a closet I turned into a guest / family BR.
