Great community Maaike was such a great help!
1-month in. Awesome, safe location. We toured 15+ places before choosing this one. Hidden gem to be close to all the LoDo amenities (grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants) but cut off by the train tracks to not get foot traffic or loitering people. Building is well insulated, so I never hear the train (we are in the Tower facing North). Nice facilities at a good price. Management is friendly and communicative. I can’t say enough good things about this building and, especially, the leasing manager, Joseph and Maaike. Since taking over, they’ve done an outstanding job repairing the damage left by a lack of care from prior management and truly rebuilding a sense of community here. What stands out most is how much they advocate for residents. Concerns are taken seriously, communication is clear and proactive, and you genuinely feel heard and supported.
