I had a refreshingly positive experience with the new stylist I tried, Amanda! After my initial balayage, I wasn't completely happy with how it turned out. But Amanda and the studio were so understanding and professional. They offered me a second appointment and Amanda worked with me to fix it exactly how I wanted-- which included a 3-hour appointment with a beautiful blowout. Kadyn is absolutely amazing at her job! She did such a great job on my girlfriend’s hand tied extensions. She will be back!!
Very unprofessional. I reached out to schedule an appointment and was told they would check the schedule and let me know "asap" on when I can schedule my appointment. They never got back to me as they stated.
