It's been almost 3 weeks since I had a "stylist" chop my almost waist length hair into a literal mullet right before my wedding when all I wanted was longer fun layers. Unless you want your heart broken, don't choose anyone less then level 4. I was so excited for this experience and now I keep hearing her tell me how her mistake was just me having a confidence issue so cheers !
My haircut was just as I wanted. I will feel very comfortable coming again.
Caitlin is fantastic! She provided lots of information and helpful input, guiding me toward hair I don't loathe. She gave her opinions regarding different thoughts I had had and gave explainations that made perfect sense. Her friendly demeanor is sincere and conversation was perfect, it never felt forced. The little head massage she gave while washing my hair was amazing! Best of all, I have a haircut I wouldn't have chosen on my own, and my hair looks better than it has in years. I will be back for sure!
The service was excellent, and my haircut was exactly what I wanted. The staff were professional and nice and the place was very clean.
