I’ve been a customer here for almost 4 years but I will not be returning. The quality has seriously declined in the last 6 or so months. My son requested a simple low fade with enough length for a combover. The woman cutting his hair was nervous and unskilled. Another barber had to step in to try and save it. No attempt to apologize or offer a refund. It’s sad but I will be taking my money elsewhere.
They got me in and out quickly. Tightened up my beard and I'm happy with it.
3 years ago I walked into this place after rolling the dice with SuperCuts and getting the worst experience of my life. Can’t even remember how I ended up in Vicki’s chair, but we connected instantly. Vicki truly cares about each cut, and she does everything possible to ensure that the customer is happy with it. If it takes a hour and a half of finishing touches/changes, she is happy to do it—and she ALWAYS comes in on her days off every week to get people in.
