The salon environment was exceptional. I received a complete shampoo and conditioning service with heavenly-scented products like seriously (try it). I booked an appointment with her, she went on vacay for her bday came back and ignored me and my appointment then blocked me . Went live on TikTok some days later and said she was sick but didn’t bother to tell her clients that she booked it to be truthful about the situation at hand. Now she is back to regular schedule posting but has blocked me and won’t reply about rescheduling the appointment and I have to yet to ask for my money back or be rude . VERY unprofessional. Let’s start off by saying she was very professional with contact and setting up appointment but was not happy with install at all locks were to big for starters I ordered 130 locks only got 80 put in locs was told they were all installed and there were not which the order should of been confirmed and counted before install because they were purchased through her also the locs were not detoxed prior to install as promised so two days after install hair was itchy and patchy and I paid for a style long story short had to pay to... read more

(My first retwist) Very professional and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. She was thorough and took her time all the way through. I can go on but the proof is in her work. I can honestly say this won’t be my last visit. Highly recommended!!
