I like Cynthia and been going in for a couple years now. I sent my girlfriend in there to get a cut and color. She had done her hair before and did a good job. This time my girlfriend asked her how much was it gonna cost for the cut and color and it seemed like Cynthia got an attitude. She just wanted to make sure she had enough money including the 40 I gave her to tip. Well Cynthia seemed rough with her while she was doing her highlights. Way too rough. I came to The Mane Hair Salon hoping for a great experience but was incredibly disappointed. I booked highlights with Cynthia, but she seemed rushed and distracted the entire time. The result was just okay — definitely nothing special or worth the cost. To make matters worse, she told me there was an extra charge just to blow-dry my hair, so I declined and went home to finish it myself.
