Horrible customer service.
DaVail and I originally agreed to start at 8 am for my wedding day hair which I previously picked and asked her if she could do. She reassured me that she could. I explained to her that my hair is fine and could not have mousse or gel. She still insisted that she could definitely do the hair style because she does similar hair styles often. They stylist did a great job of the hairstyle I wanted, she was on time, her place was clean, and she is nice. The pricing however was a bit high.
