Extremely poor customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone or return messages. They also never email you back if you try to contact them. I ordered 5 items on December 18, 2020 and today is Jan 26, 2021 and I still have not received my items yet. Status of tracking number stated label created as of dec 21, 2020 and still remains same status. If I could rate them NEGATIVE 5, I would. I even tried speaking to their operator but they just kept hanging up the call and not answering.
I love the volume that the Peach Black Tea Collection gives me!!! I just bought Heavenly Halo today and am so excited to wash my hair tonight!
Absolutely AMAZING! I have course, curly hair and it makes it so soft. I wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo and then squeeze the access water out of my hair, then adding Mane Choice. Then I leave it in my hair while I’m shaving, etc. then rinse it with warm water. I’m a customer for life. . I’m just absolutely AMAZED how my hair has transitioned into being healthy, shinny, and soft. Wish I had before and after pics!
So after months of research I purchased the pink lemonade collection and now I'm extremely disappointed. It smells great, but it leaves my hair SUPER DRY and crunchy. Even while wet my hair feels dry, the conditioner have me zero slip my hair was tangled and a horrible birds nest. I've used cheaper products with great results. I thought it was just my hair so I tried it on my daughters hair it was just OK. But it left her with sores on her scalp. I won't be purchasing this collection again.
