I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great staff at the Club at Natomas Park. I’ve had great interaction with all staff members, Ryan Lopez in particular. He is very friendly and always greets members with a smile. I’ve witness him help members as well as help his peers. Keep up the great work, thank you.

I’m writing this review to acknowledge the Natomas Park Club House. They provide members service with a smile. We have been using the Gym in the mornings and Ryan Lopez is always there to give great service. He is either up front greeting members or helping staff members fulfill their tasks. Thanks for your friendly and professional service!! Keep up the great work.

They are managing Copperfield Condominiums, 27XX SE 138th Ave, Portland, OR 97236. The Community Association Manager is Dean Storm, MBA. They do not have an emergency phone number or email address. Can you believe it? If you have a problem, like a water leak, your calls go to voice mail, your emails go unanswered, and you wait for days. I would love to have them replaced with a modern and efficient property management company.

I worked with Mimi Menzies for over 20 years. She is the BEST! Even though Mimi has many properties to manage she treats you as if you're her only property. Mini is very responsive and thorough in handling any questions or concerns. Gail Osborn

Watch out for this company. They lack customer service, they don't return calls or respond to emails or explain their actions until they are pushed to the wall. I had to submit a complaint to the BBB before they acknowledged my communications. They also establish policies that are not consumer friendly and appear to be applied arbitrarily.
