There is absolutely no communication from them. They do not follow through on requests, no matter how many times they are requested. They do not follow the rules of the HOA CC&Rs regarding notifications, nomination forms, or meeting times and locations. The annual meeting is held without the proper paperwork and information needed.. They don't care about what they are doing. This is an extremely unprofessional company that should have their license revoked.
My experience with The Management Trust has been deeply frustrating, and it all comes back to poor leadership and lack of accountability at the management level. Damian Jenkins personally met with me and other board members multiple times to promote The Management Trust when we were selecting a new HOA management company. The Trust management has Bot reviews don`t trust Scam Trust
OUR PM, Mimi Menzies, is the best. She even came out on a Saturday to walk the grounds with me to address every issue. I am our Board President, and she supports our Board at ever turn.
The Managment trust they taking advatage of the howmwoners. They payment website alwasy have issues and God forid you are late with the payments. there is lack of coustomer service and bad mangment. They have serious issues and they always right and HOA homewoners always wrong. The Managemt trus never answer emails and the phone. The worse compay I ever know.
The Management Trust is nothing more than a legal money hoovering machine, taking advantage of HOA laws in Oregon--at the expense of homeowners. Their payment website is something out of the year 2000. And God forbid you are late with a payment. They'll charge you $70 to send a certified letter telling you you're late. And that's on top of exorbitant late fees. Good luck setting up auto pay to avoid this...I think an average 7th grade coder could create a more intuitive, functional website. Our GM, Deanna, is the very best I have ever encountered in 50+ years of practicing law. She knows the rules and follows them, but far more important is the fact that she cares for the members of our community and for the employees who work under her supervision.
