Gabriel Salvatori was extremely helpful and timely in answering my questions and resolving an issue. It’s unusual these days to have inquiries dealt with so promptly and with such courtesy.
Gabriel provided superior customer service and went above & beyond to ensure my questions were addressed. Even though he was not directly responsible for the issue, he followed up with those who could and continued to keep me updated along the way.
I contacted my HOA a couple days ago about some issues that I had submitted a request through our portal. After a month of no manager response, a gentleman by the name of Gabriel Salvatori answered and was able to assist me with some of it. He was very polite, helpful and seemed to CARE when I expressed my concerns. Gabriel was amazing with his part and that is the only reason I am giving 5 starts. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Andrea Encinas, the Community Association Manager of Chelsea Gardens, for her outstanding support in resolving a tree issue.
