I have lived and owned in my community for 25 years. This company is the worst HOA management company. I hope our new Board replaces them. Read the Yelp reviews...tells the story of how horribly managed this company is.
Cannot reach anyone at this company. Have called and left messages multiple times reg a critical issue with my balcony and the sr community manager never called back. This is totally disappointing
Been emailing for months with no response back. No return calls after leaving voicemail. Update on February 2025: left additional emails to email address listed by owner. To my absolute and underwhelming shock nothing has changed.
