This is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with. They are bullies and extremely dishonest about everything. Instead of taking responsibility for their mismanagement and negligence, they play games and bully the homeowners. The worst HOA ever!
I am so sorry to have to register this complaint. Up till now I've been fairly happy with the management trust Northwood timberline HOA. But this week I'm having my floors replaced and I needed to have my car safe listed for three nights so that the flooring people can store all their equipment in the garage. This is a 3-day project. Our HOA in Washington State switched from self management to TMT late last year. It’s been awful. The community manager is completely unresponsive and worse, disrespectful. She refers to the residents as “spoiled” and tells us she is “management” and does not deal with residents. More than 3/4 of our staff have quit because of her. I have lived and owned in my community for 25 years. This company is the worst HOA management company. I hope our new Board replaces them. Read the Yelp reviews...tells the story of how horribly managed this company is.
Cannot reach anyone at this company. Have called and left messages multiple times reg a critical issue with my balcony and the sr community manager never called back. This is totally disappointing
