Amethyst scheduled a hearing for us to discuss to discuss an issue at the laurelwood townhouse association. After months of pestering us with attitude and unreasonable requests, she decides to no show after we cleared our schedule to meet with her on a FRIDAY EVENING. The level of incompetence is unreal. Please stay away from this company

Amethyst is an absolutely two face. She acts all nice and polite to and only to the HOA board. Once she’s talking to the resident she’s back to her normal self. Unreasonable and no sympathy. I’m disappointed in our HOA for falling for her tricks. Can we please get someone new to manage our community? How can someone like her be in property management. Blown away regarding the lack of customer service and professionalism I just experienced w/ this company. I was preparing for an upcoming showing for a condo that is managed by Mgmt Trust. After identifying myself as an agent, she abruptly cut me off stating that monthly HOA fees are "proprietary" and just hung up. I've literally called dozens of management companies over the years and have never encountered this.
