My experience with Amethyst Schy at The Management Trust has been frustrating enough to share. In my interactions, communication has felt very dismissive both over the phone and over email. There is also a noticeable sense of a power trip in how situations are handled, which makes interactions feel unnecessarily adversarial rather than helpful. As an owner of a residence within a community managed by "The Management Trust" I have to say they are the worst decision our HOA has made. Staff is difficult to reach, items requiring a "work order" ... I am still waiting 2 months after a rain storm for a follow thru on a roof leak that should have been resolved immediately upon receipt of a valid inspection & quote from their preferred vendor. We have them for our Management company and found this company to be the Worse! We are now shopping around for a normal management company. Gabriela Nunez told me incorrect information and didn't want my evidence until I had to fight like heck. One they received the evidence, they said nothing. No apology. And I'm on the HOA Board.
This is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with. They are bullies and extremely dishonest about everything. Instead of taking responsibility for their mismanagement and negligence, they play games and bully the homeowners. The worst HOA ever!
