Our HOA in Washington State switched from self management to TMT late last year. It’s been awful. The community manager is completely unresponsive and worse, disrespectful. She refers to the residents as “spoiled” and tells us she is “management” and does not deal with residents. More than 3/4 of our staff have quit because of her. I have lived and owned in my community for 25 years. This company is the worst HOA management company. I hope our new Board replaces them. Read the Yelp reviews...tells the story of how horribly managed this company is.
Cannot reach anyone at this company. Have called and left messages multiple times reg a critical issue with my balcony and the sr community manager never called back. This is totally disappointing
