The Managment trust they taking advatage of the howmwoners. They payment website alwasy have issues and God forid you are late with the payments. there is lack of coustomer service and bad mangment. They have serious issues and they always right and HOA homewoners always wrong. The Managemt trus never answer emails and the phone. The worse compay I ever know.
The Management Trust is nothing more than a legal money hoovering machine, taking advantage of HOA laws in Oregon--at the expense of homeowners. Their payment website is something out of the year 2000. And God forbid you are late with a payment. They'll charge you $70 to send a certified letter telling you you're late. And that's on top of exorbitant late fees. Good luck setting up auto pay to avoid this...I think an average 7th grade coder could create a more intuitive, functional website. In my opinion, this business is the worst of its kind I've experienced.
They are managing Copperfield Condominiums, 27XX SE 138th Ave, Portland, OR 97236. The Community Association Manager is Dean Storm, MBA. They do not have an emergency phone number or email address. Can you believe it? If you have a problem, like a water leak, your calls go to voice mail, your emails go unanswered, and you wait for days. I would love to have them replaced with a modern and efficient property management company.
I have had the opportunity to work with Daniel Carvo and have found him to provide exceptional customer service, quick response to requests and easy to work with. Daniels commitment to solving problems and proactive communication is impactful. James A Landscape East and West
Watch out for this company. They lack customer service, they don't return calls or respond to emails or explain their actions until they are pushed to the wall. I had to submit a complaint to the BBB before they acknowledged my communications. They also establish policies that are not consumer friendly and appear to be applied arbitrarily.
