Horrible company! Shady dealings all the way around! They evicted us even after we gave them money. When we went to court to fight it told the court no money was received and that the agent gave us the eviction notice! That is not how that works and the court bought it. And now 7 years later they want to come after us again for over $12k! Business must really be bad if you are going after people this many years later. Stay away from this company!
The owner of this company Dave Klevgard took my tenants money and then was NOT paying me several months in a row! I had to contact and threaten to report him to get paid the rent he had already. Collected!!! He promised he would return the security deposit and the reserve money they hold for repairs. This has not happened and it has been 6 months. Do not do business with TMG or Dave’s real estate company Handle Real Estate. He is a crook, a liar and should be out of business.
If you want to deal with them have them give you a deposit of several months rent in advance. It may be the only way you will get your money.
David has not paid our tenant security deposits and charged us for invoices that he never paid. He has been sued 17 times, according to Wisconsin court records, and declared bankruptcy in order to avoid paying out. Many people he owes money are trying to find him. Steer clear, and spread the word!
They have not provided financial information on my property for 7 months. During this time I have tried to contact them by phone, email text or in person at least once a week. They are many months behind on rent payments.
