Contacted another HOA Management company has price matched The Management Company. They have succeeded where The Management Company has failed. Their Vendors are reliable and the girls in the office work their butts off to get things done. The New Company is Keystone Management Services located in Camarillo I strongly suggest contacting them if you need quality work done for your community!
I honestly don’t know how this company has two stars. They are horrible. Rude, unprofessional, and refuse to respond to homeowner complaints . I have had a very simple ongoing issue for 15 years that they have refused to resolve. Neil is rude and hung up on me when I called even though I used to be on the board . If you are an HOA considering hiring them please do yourself a favor and find someone else .
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.
Very unresponsive. We pay a lot of money per month and they disregard a lot of the issues people have. The foliage is overgrown and ugly (most of the year) there are tons of rats, I know a lot of people have complained and there was no effort to help.... Picture Proof of their negligence. This is the 2ND time a tree has fallen on THIS home because they do not trim them annually.
