SCAM! Réservation effectuée initialement sur Booking. Heure d'arrivée prévue à 14 h. Ils exigent par texto le jour même un dépôt de sécurité additionnel immense. Maison sale et non entrenue. Dès notre départ, ils nous envoient des photos de trous dans les murs (que nous n'avons JAMAIS causés), gardent notre dépôt de sécurité et exigent des frais supplémentaires. Soyez avertis!
Do not reserve with them they will ask for deposit of security and keep it no matter what. This company is a scam!
Imagine being excited about your first stay in Downtown Toronto having secured your property which was advertised as a 3 bedroomed, 2 bath condo unit with lake views only to be provided, on arrival, with a substandard property in a different location not resembling anything we had booked and paid for. This has been our experience so far with ManageBnB who claim to offer a 5 star experience in "lavish" accommodation...there is evidence of neither. Don't bother. The app they use for security deposits doesn't work and they have a no-refunds policy. When you have to cancel because the app doesn't work, they pocket your money. It's just a scam.
