We recently took our son here for a haircut, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. To start with the positives, the shop was clean, the barber was very kind to our son, and they have some fun touches like a pool table and popcorn for patrons. However, the haircut itself was the worst he’s ever had. It was extremely uneven, and we ended up having to fix it ourselves afterward. Not great. Had to correct multiple errors and point out obvious imperfections. Did not get shown the back so when i left i was so focused on the sides i got into my truck and felt the back. The lady left the back where the top and rear head start to slope extremely longer on one side than the rest.. so had to go back in the have it fixed… not going to go back.
I was a die hard Man Shop loyal customer until I found out the owners work their people to the point of injury, then while they are out to recover they play with their lives. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN, PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOU CUSTOMER LIST AS I'M NO LONGER ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! SHAME ON YOU!
