Got on the waitlist. Showed up at the recommended time. Waited for 30 minutes. People showing up long after me were getting in chairs before me. Don’t go here unless you have all day. They won’t respect your time. I see lots of complaints on here about this system yet they keep using it and misleading customers about wait times. A canned PR response won’t make up for the fact this place has no problems with misleading their clientele. Just go somewhere else.
Worst haircut i have ever received! Was in a hurry so just booked first available. Summer "cut" my hair. I asked for a mid fade to a 0 and take a little off the top. She proceeded to shave one side of my head bald (no fade at all) and the other side was patchy with no blend. Also left parts of my side burns untouched. Hack job been going here for over 7 years. Chris was not the person I reserved to cut my hair nor will he cut my hair ever again. Nice enough guy but really did the most horrible job ever and I’m not picky but the top is all uneven. Had to tell him to stop that that was plenty short but it was too late.
