My appointment went from around 40 minutes. Wait time to over an hour I think you guys should reevaluate your scheduling system because obviously somethings wrong.

Sign says closes at 7pm. Walked in at 6:15pm. Two people cutting hair, one customer waiting, third worker says they are booked up and aren't taking anymore and she's leaving. So dumb and a waste of time. Explain why the sign says open until 7pm but if you walk in 45 min before the posted closing time you can't get a hair cut??
