They are not true to their signage. They always try to charge you $18 for your haircut even when they just use sheers with no sissors. Their signage says plain and clear that if they use sheers only, your haircut will only cost you $15 whereas sissors will cost you $18. This has been my experience twice now. They try to make lame excuses as to why they are charging you $18. I hope this serves to set them straight if not it doesn't matter to me as I will no longer be going there to get my haircut.
