My son got his first haircut here and it was a great experience for him. Loved the cut, too!
The good. They give a good haircut regardless who you get. The bad...3 times ive walked out after more than 2 hours waiting. The online checkin process is a joke. Check in, told 100 min wait, show up at 80 mins and you find yourself kicked out of the queue. They expect you to show up in person and check in again! Why? No other online check in works this way. You can also ignore the est time. Just absolutely horrible to check in at 1040, be told 100 min wait, show up and told maybe 1 hour, and get to walk out over 2 hours lat... read more
Employees were disrespectful and unprofessional. They seemed unwilling to serve people of color, which made the experience very uncomfortable.
A great clips haircut at twice the price. Using clippers and scissors makes it a “style cut”? Ridiculous; pretty sure every scissor cut still uses clippers around the size. Up-charged for the most basic of boy haircuts that took less than 10 minutes. The extra star is because the interior of the shop is cool.
