Great job on my beard and haircut. Friendly and professional.
The last time I was in for a haircut, it felt rushed and like they were just trying to get me out the door so they could go home. This time was a whole different experience! I came in to no wait time unlike the 2 other places I went to b4 and was automatically told to head back and sit in the chair. When Naomi saw my hair and how matted it was from work she just ushered me back to wash my hair b4 cutting it. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star this time around. booked online, said it would be a 30 minute wait. arrived prior to that, there were 5 people actively cutting hair, i checked in and waited. 3 of the 5 people went to lunch or were not working after the person they were assisting left. 1 of the 2 remaining began training it seemed a new person to the shop leaving 1 person doing hair cuts.
