Made an appointment through the app but showed up and they weren’t even open.
Jose is a talented barber and does good work, but unfortunately, reliability has been a major issue. Around 80% of my appointments have ended up being changed, rescheduled, or affected for one reason or another. I understand that things happen occasionally, but when it becomes the norm, it makes it very difficult to plan around an appointment. I’ve given it multiple chances because I like his work, but at this point I won’t be coming back. Talent is important, but so is respecting your clients’ time.
J Ortega was wondermous! He listened to my suggestions and made his recommendations, together we came up with the best haircut I've had in many years.First time, and forever more a new client. Thank YOU Ortega for your professionalism, listening and humble character. He even made time for my appointment, meant a lot. I was searching for a barber for a month and a half. Personally, let the professionals do what they do, trust in him.
They did an excellent job! Very nice shop.
