I'm giving two stars because I personally think my son's haircut looks nice, but it was not at all what Ian wanted. It was cut way too short for his liking. He only wanted a trim. He's getting his senior pictures taken in a week and a half, and he's very upset. This happened last year before his school pictures, too. He has tried time and again to tell the stylists exactly what he wants, but it doesn't seem like the stylists listen to him. They managed to get me in even though they are super busy and my stylist called in with car trouble. They did a great job and were super friendly even after I was a bit of an ass about the cancelation. Thanks!
