I can’t say enough positive things about John and his team. My father had passed away and since none of us lived in the area, we were at a loss as to where to even start. I met John first, and he had such warmth and knowledge that I told my siblings I think I found our realtor. When they met him, they felt the same. I recently worked with the Mamo Team out of Springhill Fl to sell my mom’s house. From the moment I met with John Mamo at the house to list the property, until the final closing, I was supported and received detailed communication from him and his staff. John priced the house right and we had an offer in 2 days! This was an estate sale, and I was out of state living in New Hampshire overseeing the sale.
