My husband and I had a prenatal class with Kate and it was amazing. She was able to come to our house and did a one on one class which was so nice as it made it very easy to ask all of our silly questions. Kate is so well informed and up to date. I also had Kate help me with lactation services after I had my baby. I was shocked and overwhelmed by how hard breastfeeding was at the beginning and Kate was so helpful. I can't recommend her services enough!
Kate’s attention to our family’s individual needs has been amazing. She is available for all of my questions and a constant source of support for me as a mom! I feel like I have my life back! I am able to spend quality time with my husband and my toddler because I invested in Kate and my daughter to teach her the necessary sleep skills she needs. Working with Kate was a game changer for our daughter. Starting at 14 weeks, Kate developed a customized sleep plan for Charlie and walked side by side with us through milestones and regressions. She was available 24/7 to answer any questions. We appreciated her support so very much. Our now 6 month old daughter sleeps 2 hours in the AM, 2 hours in the afternoon and has a 30 minute cat nap consistently every day. Kate did an amazing prenatal class with my wife and I. She took a lot of the anxiety away and gave us a clear picture of what it's going to be like at the hospital. She is so intelligent and knows how to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand it. I highly recommend her classes. We're looking forward to working with her again!
I reached out to Kate when I saw she was offering sleep consultation because I had worked with her in the past and knew she was wonderful and knowledgeable! When I reached out to her I did it with a lot of “Will Nots”. I knew what I knew from my training as a professional but I desperately needed help for my 2 year olds sleep nor should I say lack of sleep.
