Troy is the go to guy! 11/10 would recommend! Very knowledgeable and respectful
Within 3 weeks of purchasing a car, I heard front and rear noise. Turns out, or so they claim the brakes needed to be replaced. $1010. They did not want to put any money into repairs and wasn't covered under their warranty or the $2200 warranty they sold to me. I understand this. However, just after 3 weeks doesn't seem like fair business practices.they didn't offer any help what so ever, nor did the salesperson contact me. I heard this from the service advisor. If you ever think of doing business with crown. BeCareful!
Troy went above and beyond for us to get the deal sealed for our purchase of our 2019 Ford explorer! He was swamped busy but still made us feel special and went above and beyond in my opinion to do what it takes to make a customer feel welcome and special! We were looking at 3 other explorers of the exact same but we chose this one because of the service! Thanks Troy!
