I would like to thank Major Funeral home they did an awesome job well done. Cernoria Ford and the rest of the staff was phenomenal . Cernoria didn’t try to over charge us or sell us things we really didn’t need. We told her how much money we had and she came up with a plan. She was very compassionate , caring and had empathy. She was patient and walked us through the process. Thank you guys a million. I highly appreciate and recommend Major Funeral Home.
Had my eldest brother cremated there and after two months we still have yet to receive a death certificate or any information on it. Do not recommend.
This place buried my dad without looking into who his actual next of kin was. All done by his girlfriend.. never knew a Damn thing until after. Last time I checked that was actually illegal.
The communication with this place is horrible. My father prepaid for his cremation, death certificates, and 100 bookmarks. He was also a veteran. The funeral home is suppose to contact the marines r days prior to set up the honors and give me a flag to take to funeral, none of that was done. I didn't get the bookmarks when I picked up the cremains, I finally got them when I went to pick up the death certificates. They should have a check off list and make follow up calls to the family to make sure everything that was paid fo... read more
