Had my eldest brother cremated there and after two months we still have yet to receive a death certificate or any information on it. Do not recommend.

This place buried my dad without looking into who his actual next of kin was. All done by his girlfriend.. never knew a Damn thing until after. Last time I checked that was actually illegal.

The communication with this place is horrible. My father prepaid for his cremation, death certificates, and 100 bookmarks. He was also a veteran. The funeral home is suppose to contact the marines r days prior to set up the honors and give me a flag to take to funeral, none of that was done. I didn't get the bookmarks when I picked up the cremains, I finally got them when I went to pick up the death certificates. The staff was AMAZING in the passing of my brother-in-law. We had to ship him back to his hometown and the receiving funeral home was going charge us literally thousands of dollars more than the Major Funeral Home was able to negotiate. From start to finish, they were sensitive, caring, professional and cost cautious. No only every likes having to say goodbye to a loved one, but working the with Major Funeral Home made it so much easier.
